You must be a registered member to recieve, post to, or reply to a post in the bulletin. Membership is currently free. When a member submits a post, we may publish this post in the bulletin. We may suspend or end membership due to breaches in the Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, or for any behaviour we deem contrary to the interest of other members. Members have the right to appeal the suspension or cancellation of their membership.
Without meaning to sound too daunting, all the content of Making Gamers is our sole intellectual property, meant for the exclusive use of our members. Nothing may be replicated without our express written permission, and the permission of the member whose work you might wish to reproduce. Do not not reproduce, repackage, incorporate, or include any content of Making Gamers in anything but Making Gamers. Do not even cut and paste us into any offering what-so-ever.
Making Gamers will not publish offensive comments, bad language, excessive caps, flames, information on any form of illegal activitity or on sites containing pornographic or similar material, or complaints against companies or individuals. If you have had any kind of negative experience be cool yet concise, as in; please keep receipts as this led to confusion... etc. Making Gamers may not publish a post as per our discretion.
Not just the other tinned ham. Any member who sends information to a fellow Gamer, or uses or harvests data, in a manner outside the specific need to post, reply to a post or assist another member with their enquiry, will be at first warned, and if the behaviour persists have their membership cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any membershit as we deem it.
Please do not use phrases which specify race or gender unless there is a genuine need to, such as; female voice over artist required fluent in French.
In subscribing you consent to your email address being included in the Making Gamers email list. We may use your email address for discrete marketing purposes we consider absolutely relevant to members. If you are a member and at any time you object to the use of your email address please Contact Us and you can exempt your email from uses you do not provide your prior consent to, and yet maintain your membership, or unsubscribe or optout.
Information which breaches the terms and conditions and/or privacy policy may slip through and be published in the bulletin or on the site, whether due to an error or any other circumstance. In this situation neither Making Gamers, the editors, nor any member of Making Gamers is liable for any of the contents of any post, the bulletin or of the site itself.
